## Description

The Council wishes to procure the following work: Remove The Lakes School's existing sports hall plant provision which is currently situated within the plant room of an adjoining property - Choices Health Club Windermere\. Install a new modular external plant room via the school's sports hall\. Installation of new radiators, pipework, connections and associated fabric works\.
