Holiday and Caravan Park Study

Tendring District Council is seeking to commission consultants to undertake a study in respect of the holiday and caravan park industry in the Tendring District which will be used as evidence to 1) inform the Council's emerging Tourism Strategy; 2) support the planning policies in its emerging Local Plan; and 3) support its case in a number of upcoming planning appeals which seek to convert holiday and caravan parks to park homes.
