GB-Benfleet: Castle Point Borough Council - Open Space Assessment

Description

Castle Point Borough Council is seeking to appoint specialist consultants to undertake a borough wide assessment of open space to inform its local plan and green infrastructure planning. The resulting contract will be for a one-off delivery of the deliverables plus any subsequent requirement to provide evidence at the examination of the local plan, expected to take place by 31 Dec 26. It is expected that the one-off delivery will be delivered over a period of 6 months commencing Jun 23 and concluding by the end of Dec 23. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
