CP2033-21 Independent Financial Review

Devon County Council (DCC) requires an accountancy and regulatory firm to undertake a financial 'Health Check' of its IT delivery service. This will require reviewing recent historic accounts, liaising with key officers to then produce and present (virtually) an independent report to Senior DCC Management.
