Building cleaning for multiple NNC properties

A direct award to the incumbent for cleaning of Haylock House, Sheerness House, The Rushden Centre, CEC and Grosvenor House for a period of 12 months. A direct award is being made in accordance with regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, following two unsucessful attempts to procure the service through open market competition. Awarding a 12 month contract under this provision will provide the necessary time to undertake a comprehensive procurment process for a new, long term contract covering the full scope of the service.
