NWL0100 Digital Hardware Implementation and Quality Improvement Service

NHS North West London - formally North West London CCG, acting as precursor to the North West London Integrated Care Board) has secured a range of resources to support a number of deliverables which sit within the Digital First programme.

The deliverables include: • Technology Implementation; • Digital Access Quality Improvement; • Primary Care - Online consultation preparation and roll out; • Hypertension plus Scale up; • Care home remote monitoring Scale up; • E-hub development; and • Social prescribing and diabetes.
