Huntingdonshire District Council - One Leisure St Ives Outdoor Complex Squash Court Conversion

One Leisure St Ives Outdoor Complex has 4 squash courts that are underutilised, with demand reducing year on year and significant investment required to maintain them. The Works comprise the reconfiguration of the existing squash courts together with viewing balcony and associated changing facilities to form a new Fitness Facility together with reception, consultation and physiotherapy areas. The work shall generally be carried out and completed in accordance with issued drawings and specifications and in full compliance with all existing authority requirements and regulations.
