Property Condition Survey District Heating - AWARD

The University of Nottingham's (UoN) Estates Office wishes to understand the condition of our buildings that are served by the UP District Heating system.

The District Heating system is being replaced and included in scope is a full understanding of the building and how the load from each building and ultimately our carbon footprint can be reduced. For example, we will the condition surveys to understand the current lighting loads and opportunities to install more energy efficient lighting systems and opportunities in improve building insulation, e.g. roofing, windows, building fabric.
