NCC1793 Fixed Asset Valuation Services

Delivery of statutory asset valuation services to support the Council's financial reporting requirements and Year 1 of its five-year rolling asset valuation programme, including: •Operational land and building valuations •Housing Revenue Account (HRA) valuations •Insurance reinstatement valuations NCC Consultancy approval version 9 23/04/2026 •Investment property, surplus asset and assets held for sale valuations •Ad-hoc and material change valuations •Annual indexation support and valuation advice •Provision of valuation reports, supporting evidence and audit assistance in support of the Council's Statement of Accounts.
