Heat Networks Digital Platform Project: Alpha Phase

Ofgem require expertise to support the delivery of the Alpha Phase for a digital platform of Ofgem's regulation of heat networks. This will allow the Ofgem to understand the challenges around creating a heat networks service before Ofgem commits to building it.
