## Description

CUH currently provides a Pathology service to East and North Hertfordshire GP's commissioned by East and North Herts CCG\. An integral part of this service is the use of an electronic ordering system \(ICE\) for the ordering and labelling of all pathology samples\. ICE forms are printed within the GP Surgery on standard office laser printers\. ICE request forms are provided to the GP surgeries as part of this service and CUH requires a supply of ICE request forms for service continuity\.
