Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (the organisation formed by the merger of Shoreline Housing Partnership and Boston Mayflower on 3 April 2018) is seeking a suitably experienced and competent materials supplier to supply boilers and associated heating items in Grimsby and Boston locations. The timescales for the procurement are detailed below: Issue of ITT 20 April 2018 Deadline for Questions or Clarifications 18 May 2018 at 5pm ITT Tender Submission Deadline 25 May 2018 at 12 noon Evaluation of Tenders 8 June 2018 Approval for Contract Award 8 June 2018 10 Day Standstill Period Ends 22 June 2018 Start of Contract 1 July 2018 End of Contract 30 June 2021 (+2 year extension option to 30 June 2023) Full details of the requirements are listed in the Invitation to Tender documents.
