## Description

Amended: Contract Varied 2016 and 2017\. To retain 7 professional digital content designers \(who, as part of a larger team, redesigned all our customer facing guidance over the past two years\) via an external supplier from 1 October 2015 to 30 April 2016\. Key outcomes will be to: • Drive down customer call volumes releasing early savings across Defra organisations\. • Meet the SoS commitment to improve the online farming offer\. • Skill up internal staff as digital content designers\. • Meet the department's content requirements during the transitional period until a central digital content team is in place Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions\.
