Consular Customer Satisfaction Insight - Assistance Cases

The Authority has a requirement for continuous qualitative evaluation of Consular assistance services among recent service users. These are primarily British people who have sought our assistance around the world when they have needed help. The research will include ongoing tracking work as well as smaller, ad hoc projects throughout the year.
