## Description

G-Cloud Call-Off contract to deliver digital services to support the AI & Innovation directorate and delivery of specific Lighthouse projects\. The initial term of the contract runs until 31/12/24 for a value of up to £4,500,000 \(ex\. VAT\)\. The contract provides for an optional extension period of an additional 5 months \(up to an end date of 31/05/25\) with an additional value of up to £4,500,000 \(ex\. VAT\) during that extension period\. Therefore, the maximum potential contract value is £9,000,000 \(exc\. VAT\)\.
