## Description

A laser scanning confocal microscope is required for the analysis of materials containing graphene, which will be applicable across both NFC and PE projects\. The modular unit should contain: Microscope Fully confocal system Motorized stage in x,y and z plane Camera port High resolution cooled camera Fully APOCHROMAT objectives Illumination Laser module URGB \(405, 488, 561, 640 nm\) LED reflected light module LED transmitted light module Scanning Module 2 channel multi-alkali Photo Multiplier Tubes Software Automated acquisition and collation of z plane images Photo-mosaic software Topography module including contour analysis
