Procurement of specialist commercial legal advice, including advice on Scottish Trust, company law and employment law, to inform work related to the EDF nuclear fleet and its future decommissioning, as governed by various agreements. Advice will also be required across all of these areas on preliminary identification of any State Aid or public law issues arising.
