This was a Direct Award via Crown Commercial Services Framework - RM6165 The supplier is required to undertake pre-acquisition surveys of properties to be acquired for infrastructure schemes. The condition surveys are visual only and 'non-intrusive' but look at the fabric, structure and services and highlighting any identified needs for repair and any potential issues, hazardous defects including any recommendations for further investigation.
