Description

Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver internal painting and decorating works to its void housing stock and other buildings, during the financial years 2025-2029. These works will be based on the National Housing Federation, Schedule of Rates, Version 7.2. Time is of the essence with this contract as the properties are empty and will need to be re-let as soon as possible; therefore the contractor will need to start the works after five working days notice and complete the works within ten working days for a bungalow and fifteen working days for a house, regardless of the internal condition.
