Reroofing works to circa 450m2 of existing asphalt flat roof\.\\r Nature of work:\\r Strip back existing waterproof system, Prepare and clean\\r roof, repair deck as required\.\\r Remove existing rooflights and replace or fill in as required in\\r schedule\.\\r Remove roof mounted AC condenser units and reinstate upon\\r completion of re-roofing works\.\\r Lay 130mm PIR insulation and apply new liquid waterproofing\\r system\.
