## Description

The University's current Virtual Learning Environment \(VLE\) is provided by Blackboard and hosted on premise\. The VLE is used by both staff and students for a wide range of learning and exams\. The current contract for the on premise license expires in August 2019\. The University wishes to move it's Blackboard \(VLE\) to a cloud based solution, and this contract is for the implementation and annual licenses over a 3 year period\. The contract has been awarded via a framework direct award\.
