Award of Evaluation of Reform Prisons Process

Any and all deliverables provided in agreed specification and tendered methodology, which will include specified plan, process-based research and report. This will focus on a review of (i.e. changes, management, governance, stakeholder sources and outcomes) of ‘early reform’ Prisons commencing around September 2016, and in accordance with key delivery output / milestones within relevant contract.
