## Description

The Contract has now been awarded\. The Contract covers all automatic doors and roller shutters throughout the University Estate as detailed in Appendix B - Schedule of Doors\. The required Service comprises; periodic inspection, testing, service and maintenance in accordance with Section 2B - Schedule of Cyclical Maintenance Tasks, together with an emergency call-out facility for repairs and breakdowns\.at each of the University Campuses\. In order to allow this Contract to be used for potential Funded projects we are notifying all tenderers that some works might be subject to part funding by, for example, the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme for England \(2014-2020\) or any other European Union Funded Programme, or other Funding Body e\.g\. Local Enterprise Partnership \(LEP\)\. The opportunity will also be available for use by other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority including but not limited to, City of Wolverhampton Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust\. The term of the Contract shall be for a period of three \(3\) years commencing on 01st February 2018 with an optional extension of up to an additional two further twelve \(12\) month periods\. The maximum Contract duration is therefore five \(5\) years\. Additional information: All correspondence must be via the BravoSolution Portal
