GB-London: STA1453 - ESG Vision & Strategy

Description

Trinity House is looking to identify activities that would be defined as "ESG" already occurring across the organisation but currently they are typically localised, ad-hoc and not centrally collated, tracked or reported. Currently 'ESG' type information and disclosures are typically provided 'as needed' to respond to the Department of Transport's requests and are aligned to their 5-year rolling timeline. Furthermore, there is not currently a clear set of ESG targets or KPIs being tracked or monitored within the organisation itself. This work looks to improve this area and identify and agree clear cut targets to successful delivery.
