The provision of Medway Virtual Schools (Attendance and Exclusions Data Capture) - 2025

Medway Virtual School seeks a contract with an external provider to: • Provide daily collection of attendance data • Provide information for reporting and analysis for Medway Virtual School, on behalf of Medway Corporate Parenting board, at educational establishments (excel, charts) • Undertake 3 times year data capture of educational achievement (progress and attainment) • ccollecting EYFS, phonics (Y1 and Y2 as applicable) Y4 MTC, KS2 SATs, Y11 GCSE/other (including EBacc) and options for Y12 and Y13 with permission

This will support the Local Authority in meeting its statutory responsibility in relation to monitoring attendance of children who are looked after.
