Pelier Street - Boiler Replacement Works - H&W Capital Works 2020

The heating to the building (all dwellings) is served by 2No open flued floor standing Seagold Gas3 boilers, each rated at 92Kw output max. Boiler No 2 is not operational, this boiler has been disconnected from the heating system, at present there is only one boiler only working to serve the heating demand of the building. The boilers are 35+ year old approximately and are now obsolete. It is recommended that these boilers are replaced as a matter of urgency.
