## Description

A dashboard to collate and highlight key information on young patients \(aged 16-25\) with diabetes\. The broad goal of this project will be to support ongoing efforts to optimise diabetes care and management, with a specific focus on increasing the proportion of patients having completed all 9 NICE recommended care processes annually\.
