Work description
The London Borough of Barnet (the 'Council') is seeking to appoint a sole service provider (the 'Contractor') to deliver Fabrication, Bespoke Metalwork, Maintenance, and Masonry (Fabrication Contract) services on its behalf for Greenspaces but also for requirements arising through Highways and/or other service areas of the Council. The contract will be for a three-year period with the option to extend for up to two years subject to budget constraints and performance.
