St Leger Homes are seeking bids with the view to appoint a suitably experienced and capable contractor to carry out maintenance on the St Leger Homes lift stock throughout the lifetime of the contract to ensure the lifts operates safely and is up to regulation standards\. St Leger Homes require a high quality standard of service which causes minimal disruption to the working operations of the lift and the properties in which they are situated\.
