Work description
Surrey County Council seeks to instruct a signage manufacturer to deliver engineering, manufacturing and sign installation services for the delivery of a bespoke pedestrian wayfinding scheme for Horley town centre. Surrey County Council reserves ownership rights to the design aesthetic of the pedestrian sign family.
The wayfinding scheme forms one part of a multistage town centre improvement project. This includes the redevelopment of the High Street infrastructure, the upgrading of the railway underpass, the creation of art installations and the Central Car Park improvement project being run by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council.
