## Description

Believe Housing Limited \(believe housing\) is one of the largest housing associations in the north east of England\. As a Community Benefit Society with charitable status, we are the landlord of almost 18,000 homes stretching from the very rural west, to the hustle and bustle of Durham city centre, and the magnificent coastline in the east\. With our diverse setting, we place a great amount of emphasis on providing a local housing service to fit local housing needs\. Further to our promise to Customers in 2015 we set out to achieve 700 new build homes by 2021, we have now increased this target to 1500 by 2025\. In addition to this, Development sites may also include wider estate regeneration schemes as part of our development programme\.
