## Description

Lincoln BIG in association with the City of Lincoln Council is looking to commission creative practitioners to come forward with ideas for Street Dressing, Animations, Trails at key locations across Lincoln High Street, Bailgate and in the Cornhill Square\. The aim of the project is to deliver a range of street dressing activities throughout the month of March 2022\. The theme of the street dressing activity will be Discover Lincoln, which will raise the profile of the city in the run up to Discover Lincolnshire Weekend, which takes place on 26th and 27th of March 2022\. This activity is being funded through the European Regional Development Fund \(ERDF\) / Welcome Back Fund, which has been allocated to the City of Lincoln by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government \(MHCLG\) in response to the Coronavirus pandemic
