The overall aim of this project is to comprehensively assess the market potential for the EA's NaFRA2 capabilities, propose a detailed product development strategy for the identified routes to market, and suggest commercial arrangements that reflect the product's value proposition, to ensure that the Environment Agency can make informed decisions to maximise the impact and value from the asset\.
