## Description

This review is in response to the changed national landscape of the NHS since the development of Early Intervention Services in Lambeth 30 years ago\. The recent and ongoing development of borough based Alliances within Integrated Care Systems emphasises integration and the working across traditional boundaries of health, social care and the voluntary sector and across primary and secondary care\. South London and Maudsley plans a community transformation of core services, within this national framework, with an emphasis on effective population health management and continuity of care\. How the front end of psychosis services will best operate in this new context needs to be determined\.
