This call-off is for Self-Drive Hire Vehicles to support Hampshire Transport Management (HTM) with its travel requirements that support its owned Vehicle Fleet and Leased Fleet by utilising Self-Drive Hire Cars as required when capacity constraints exist within the County's Vehicle Fleet.
