MDDC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the renewal of vinyl sheet flooring to its properties supporting the Responsive Repairs Works, Development, the Disabled Facilities Grant works and the Void process at numerous Council houses within Mid Devon during the financial years from 2024-2028
