The CPS’ shared Procurement & Commercial Service acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department (GLD) sought quotations from suppliers under the terms of Crown Commercial Services framework for e-Disclosure and Hard Copy Review Services (RM924) to provide the services that meets the Department’s requirements.

This matter related to a private law claim by an individual against a government department following alleged misinformation resulting in financial losses. The GLD required an eDisclosure services in support of the litigation, which includes but not limited to;
