This is a Prior Information Notice to inform bidders that ProcurePublic Ltd, who acts on behalf of CCHT, intends to release a framework tender in January 2021 for Buildings Maintenance \(Planned & Reactive\)\.The workstreams will include:1\. Combined Repair & Maintenance Services \(Inc Major refurbishments\)\.2\. Cyclical Decorations & Repairs \(Internal & External\)\.3\. Roofing\. \(Pitched & Flat\)\.4\. Kitchen & bathrooms\.5\.
