OPR004 Integrated Residential and Nursing 2025

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 Health, Social and related services. ECC are tendering two call-off contracts, one using ECC terms and conditions and the other using NHS Terms and conditions. This framework is broken down into 3 lots:\r Lot 1 -Care in a residential setting without nursing for Social Care funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier Ranked List\r Lot 2 -Care in a residential setting with nursing for Social Care funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over, commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier Ranked List\r Lot 3 -Care in a residential setting with nursing for NHS funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over commissioned by ICBs using NHS terms and conditions.
