Work description
The provision of the recovery of former tenant arrears and sundry debts. Sundry debts may include, but are not limited to rechargeable repairs. The services shall be provided in accordance with all relevant laws, legal obligation and codes of practice and in accordance with the procedural guidelines listed in Bernicia's tender specification attached and to the satisfaction of the client.
