AWARDED: TAVI3124 - Purchase of Stereoscopes for the AAIB

The Air Accidents Investigative Branch requires eyepiece-less stereoscopes with sufficient working area below the lens assemblies to re-work electronic items. Accordingly, this contract is awarded to Vision Engineering Ltd for the provision of two such stereoscopes - the Lynx Evo and DRV-Z1.

Vision Engineering hold several patents relating to the design of eyepiece-less stereoscopes. As such, this contract is direct awarded, without formal competition.

The contract was awarded on 02/01/2024. To enable sufficient time for delivery and payment, it has been registered with an end date of 01/03/2024. The contract value is £21,550.15 excl. VAT.
