Automatic Gates: Works, Service & Maintenance

Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) are requesting quotations for the repair, service and maintenance of Automatic Gates, Barriers, Bollards, Doors and Shutters as set out in the Specification of the invitation to tender. The initial contract will be for a period of one year with two possible extensions enabling a possible total contract period of 4 years.

Additional information: Great Places Housing Group currently have in excess of 140 automatic gates, barriers, shutters and door assets across 90+ sites located throughout the North West of England. Our current servicing and maintenance contract is now due for re-procurement and is divided into three lots: Lot 1 Blackpool & Fylde Coast Lot 2 Greater Manchester and Cheshire Lot 3 Sheffield The initial contract will be for a period of one year with two possible extensions enabling a possible total contract period of 4 years.
