GB-London: T1205 Relationship between train horn test measurements and perceived sound levels on the track

NOTE: This notice was updated on 26 March 2020 for the following reason: Addendum - Guidance Notes to Tenderers - Relationship between train horn test measurements and perceived sound levels on the track (T1205)) Due to the escalating COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, RSSB has extended the submission deadline for 'Relationship between train horn test measurements and perceived sound levels on the track' (T1205-02) by one week, to provide more time for tenderers.

Tenderers are now asked to explicitly outline the approach they would undertake if COVID-19 restrictions have not lifted by June 2020.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
