## Description

Derby City Council \(the Council\) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Rolled Asphalt, Asphalt Concrete \(Coated Macadam\) and Coated Chippings for collection and delivery\. The framework is split into three lots\. Lot 1 Ex Works \(Collected from Suppliers Depot\) Lot 2 Supply of Hotbox and Material at Highway Maintenance Depot, 15 Stores Road, Derby DE21 4BD Lot 3 Material delivered to other locations within the Derbyshire area\. The initial Framework Agreement period is 2 years; the Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 24th February 2023 and expire 23rd February 2025\. There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for 2 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs\. Maximum Framework Agreement period is 4 years There is a maximum budget of £1,200,000 per year of the Framework Agreement\. Please note that this is an indicative value based on previous spend and is not a guarantee through this framework\.
