Framework Agreement for the supply of Specialist Vehicles 3\.5T and Over and Associated Products or Services for use within the public sector and any other permissible sector\. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the Provider and the Provider delivered direct to the end customer\.
