## Description

LCC are the approved National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme \(NDORs\) course provider for Leicestershire Police \(LP\) and provide driver re-education courses on behalf of the Road Safety Partnership \(LLRRSP\)\. NDORs is the sole provider\. Leicestershire County Council \(LCC\) take client bookings and payments on behalf of NDORs; LCC then pay NDORs their fee \(per client attended\); NDORs then pay the referring Police Force\. LCC administer the transaction of this only and on behalf of the above mentioned\.
