The objectives of this work is to provide estimates of the financial cost of packaging-related litter - which can then be used to estimate the impact of changes to the producer responsibility system on litter costs\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
