Provision of Media Awareness Campaign

Part 1: Required, an overarching brand awareness campaign to raise perceptions of COPC within the community of Portsmouth. Media and messaging to be focused on our two target audiences, Parents and Students. Part 2: A range of recommended media should aim to be bought competitively, and deliver strong value-for-money with low CPT and high impact formats.
