## Description

This research is required in order to enable the Commissioner to make evidence based recommendations on how trafficking in human beings from Vietnam to the UK\. These recommendations have been requested from the Commissioner by the Prime Minister and Home Secretary\. They have asked for them to be provided to a tight timetable which must be met\.
