Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this a supplier questionnaire ("SQ") in connection with the competitive procurement for the provision of Nuclear Medicine Viewing Software. The bidders who pass the requirements of the SQ provision (the "Bidders") capable of performing the contract, who will be issued with an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
